to help visitors find what they are looking for
Your Health Connect is a family owned group of medical centres in Northern Tasmania that specialise in rural health and the management of chronic conditions. YHC did have a website, but essential information that patients were searching for was not easily accessible.
Web Revolution was approached to give the website for YHC a new look using the existing content to make it easier for visitors to find what they are looking for.
Simplified navigation
and readily accessible location information
Each of the practice locations are featured on the homepage so that they can be easily recognised and navigated to. The hours, location and contact details now live at the top of each of the dedicated medical centre pages so that there is no hunting required. Services are now listed with the option to expand more information. This keeps the content available for those who wish to read it, but also compacts it into a smaller space so that it doesn’t overpower the page. A pricing structure chart was added for clarity.
The clean new website for Your Health Connect is now easy to use with simplified navigation and readily accessible location and contact information.
